Description For Software Development Engineer (Full Stack), Amazon Key

The Amazon Key team is driving innovation in secure delivery solutions within Ring, focusing on enhancing customer experience through next-generation technologies. As a Full Stack Software Development Engineer, you'll be part of a team that supports millions of secure in-garage deliveries and is expanding into new products and enhancements.

The role involves working with TypeScript (React.js, Next.js) on the frontend and Java on the backend, delivering cross-team projects, and implementing new architectures using AI/ML. You'll be responsible for translating product requirements into well-designed web applications, working with native AWS services, AWS CDK, and operating web views inside native apps.

The team operates in a startup-like culture while leveraging Amazon's global reach. You'll contribute to greenfield projects and internal tools, collaborate with various Amazon teams including AMZL/LMTech and Delivery and Recipient Experience teams, and help define engineering best practices.

Key responsibilities include developing front-end code, solving complex engineering problems, providing technical mentorship, and building software for mobile, front-end clients, and server systems. The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $129,300 to $223,600 per year based on location, plus equity and comprehensive benefits.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a significant impact on Amazon's delivery infrastructure while working with cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative environment. The position combines the excitement of innovative product development with the stability and resources of a major tech company.
