Software Development Engineer, Global Realty Technology

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated software engineer to join our team in the commercial real estate industry. In this role, you will work at a global scale to solve real-world challenges that will transform Amazon's approach to Industrial Real Estate in ways we can't even imagine yet. You will be applying tools in workflow automation, geospatial intelligence and mapping, and artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, challenge, and grow other software engineers on the team
• Develop and implement software solutions leveraging workflow automation, geospatial intelligence, mapping, and AI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative software solutions
• Actively engage in software architecture and design reviews
• Maintain and enhance existing software applications
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to industry best practices
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback

About the Team: GR Tech manages software tools to centralize data about Amazon's building launches worldwide. We cover thousands of active new launches, retrofit, and lease-related projects, creating global standards for managing data related to these capital projects.
