Software Development Engineer - II, AGI Data Services

We are looking for passionate and talented Software Engineers who have experience building innovative, large-scale, high volume, and distributed software applications. You will be part of the Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) team whose mission is to build the world's best Artificial General Intelligence that will enable every Amazon business to deliver more value to its customers and benefit humanity.

Key responsibilities:

• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software against tight schedules.
• Communicate with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy.
• Mentor junior software engineers to improve their skills and make them more effective product software engineers.
• Influence software engineering best practices within your team.
• Apply hands-on expertise in various technologies, from front-end user interfaces to back-end systems.

The AGI Data Services team is a key part of the AGI organization, providing data creation, curation, and analytics services to help develop, test, and train AI models. You'll be working with various data formats such as audio, video, and images, packaging this information for use by internal stakeholders.
