Description For Software Development Engineer II, Disability and Leave Services

Amazon's Amazonian Experience and Technology (AET) team is seeking a Software Development Engineer II to join their Disability and Leave Services (DLS) division. This role focuses on building critical applications that support millions of Amazon employees worldwide. You'll be working with the latest AWS services to create innovative solutions for managing disability accommodations and leave requests.

The position offers a strong emphasis on work-life balance, with flexible working hours and a structured on-call rotation (one week every two months).
