Software Development Engineer II, Employee Services Tech

We are seeking a Software Development Engineer II to join our team responsible for human capital management technology. This role involves building and maintaining critical systems that support millions of Amazonians across 62 countries in 30+ languages.

The position focuses on developing technology solutions for payroll, benefits, time and attendance, disability and leaves, hiring, immigration, learning, and health and safety. You'll be working on systems that directly impact every Amazon employee's experience, making their work lives better through innovative solutions.

As an SDE II, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions that can operate across 60+ countries while adhering to varying regulatory requirements. You'll work on making benefits decisions and HR processes more streamlined and user-friendly, creating personalized and contextual systems that provide clear, self-serve solutions.
