As a Senior Software Engineer in the Employee Services Tech team, you'll be working on systems that directly impact the daily lives of Amazon employees worldwide. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining solutions that provide consistent, frustration-free benefits, leave, and other HR experiences. The role involves building scalable solutions that can operate across 60+ countries while adhering to varying regulatory and compliance requirements.

The position offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $151,300 to $261,500 per year, depending on location and experience, plus additional benefits including equity and sign-on payments. You'll be working with an experienced cross-disciplinary team, having the opportunity to mentor others while contributing to systems that make a real difference in employees' lives.
