As a Senior Software Engineer in the Employee Services Tech team, you'll be working on systems that directly impact the daily lives of Amazon employees worldwide. The role involves building scalable solutions that can operate across 60+ countries while adhering to varying regulatory and compliance requirements.
The position offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $151,300 to $261,500 per year, depending on location and experience, plus additional benefits including equity and sign-on payments.
