Software Development Engineer III, Employee Services Tech

Amazon's Amazonian Experience and Technology (AET) team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their mission of making Amazon "Earth's Best Employer and Earth's Safest Place to Work." This role is crucial in developing and maintaining technology that powers Amazon's human capital management systems across 62 countries. You'll be working on essential business applications for payroll, benefits, time and attendance, disability and leaves, hiring, immigration, learning, and health and safety.

You'll be responsible for building scalable solutions that work across 60+ countries, handling complex regulatory and compliance requirements. As a Senior SDE III, you'll lead the design and implementation of systems that provide personalized, contextual HR services to employees. The compensation is highly competitive, ranging from $151,300 to $261,500 based on location, plus additional benefits including equity, sign-on payments, and comprehensive medical and financial benefits.
