Description For Software Development Engineer, Kuiper Trust Services

Project Kuiper is Amazon's ambitious initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites, aimed at providing high-speed broadband connectivity to underserved communities worldwide. As a Software Development Engineer in the Kuiper Trust Services team, you'll be at the forefront of developing critical security systems for satellite communications.

The role focuses on building services for public key infrastructure, including firmware signing and secure device provisioning. You'll be responsible for developing, deploying, and operating mission-critical security systems that protect both the Kuiper constellation and customer terminals. The position involves working with cutting-edge technologies including AWS Services, PKI, Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), encryption, and cryptography.

The Kuiper Trust Services team specifically owns the creation and operation of services that protect customer data and Kuiper devices.
