As a Software Development Engineer in the Region Services team, you'll be instrumental in providing high-caliber Operational Solutions and Cleared Support within AWS Regions. Your role involves hands-on support for service teams, deploying changes in isolated regions, monitoring outcomes, and addressing observed issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop reusable, maintainable software using Amazon standard technologies
• Build automation systems for Amazon's network infrastructure
• Provide technical leadership and identify strategic focus areas
• Independently design, code, and test major features
• Handle ambiguous situations and make data-driven decisions
• Create and maintain documentation for processes and products
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for critical issues
