At Route 53, we serve billions of customer DNS queries a day with a daunting and realistic 100% availability SLA. Route 53 at AWS is a tier-zero networking service and as a result, our operational bar is very high. We are a core service to all AWS and interact directly with customers and their end-users.

This position involves on-call responsibilities, typically for one week every three months. We work to ensure our systems are fault tolerant and resolve root causes to prevent repeated issues.
