Software Development Engineer (Smart Hardware Team Beijing 2024-25 Campus Recruitment)

As an SDE at Amazon, you will face enormous technical challenges that will affect millions of buyers, sellers, and products globally. We are looking for young people who are passionate about developing new products, features, and services from scratch. Key job responsibilities:

• Familiarity with Linux environment and embedded development, proficient in C/C++ or other programming languages
• Strong software debugging and independent problem-solving skills
• Strong desire for knowledge and ability to quickly learn new fields

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Computer Science, Software, Automation, or related fields
• Familiar with Java, C/C++ or Python, Linux/Android, etc.
• Basic knowledge of computer science, such as object-oriented design, algorithm design, data structures, and complexity analysis

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in embedded development
• Research experience in image, audio, or video analysis and coding related fields
• Experience in multimedia content understanding, visual content retrieval development
• Experience in computer vision, machine learning, familiar with OpenCV, experience with Tensorflow Lite or other inference engines
• Experience with connectivity, WiFi/Bluetooth, etc.
• Familiar with software architecture design, experience in developing large-scale complex systems
