Amazon's Last Mile delivery network is seeking a Software Development Engineer for their UTR Tech organization. This role is crucial in supporting delivery stations across the global network. You'll be part of the Station Tech team, responsible for building scalable tools and technology for delivery hubs that serve multiple programs including Amazon Logistics (AMZL) and Global Specialty Fulfilment (GSF).
The position focuses on developing solutions that increase associate productivity, site throughput, and operational quality within the delivery network. You'll work on the Node Foundation team, handling foundation operations of Last Mile Delivery Stations and powering various execution and visibility processes. The team builds tools that guide customers to reduce cognitive load, eliminate decision points, and standardize operations.
As an SDE-2, you'll collaborate with development teams, providing technical leadership and helping establish technical standards. You'll be responsible for building high-performing, scalable systems that work cohesively within Amazon's ecosystem. The role requires both hands-on coding and high-level architectural design skills.
