Software Development Engineer, UTR, Last Mile

Amazon's Last Mile delivery organization is seeking a Software Development Engineer for their UTR Tech team. This role focuses on building scalable tools and technology for delivery hubs worldwide, supporting Amazon Logistics (AMZL) and Global Specialty Fulfilment (GSF). The position involves working on the Node Receive COD team, handling critical processes for package receiving and cash-on-delivery reconciliations.

As an SDE-2, you'll be responsible for developing solutions that improve associate productivity, site throughput, and operational quality across Amazon's delivery network. You'll work with delivery station associates, station managers, central operations teams, and on-road delivery agents to build tools that reduce cognitive load, standardize processes, and meet customer SLAs.

The role offers an opportunity to impact Amazon's global fulfillment network, which enables merchants worldwide to ship items to customers anywhere on earth. You'll be working on the "Last Mile" operation, where delivery stations receive packages from Fulfillment Centers and Sort Centers, preparing them for final delivery to customers.
