As a Software Development Manager on the Amazon Q Business team, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and optimizing the platform's core components. • Lead and manage a team of software engineers

• Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of the Amazon Q Business platform
• Partner with product and program management teams

• Recruit, hire, mentor, and coach software engineers
