Project Kuiper is Amazon's ambitious initiative to launch a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO) to provide global broadband access. The Field Services Management (FSM) team plays a crucial role in ensuring successful customer antenna installations for Kuiper internet access. As a Software Engineer on the FSM team, you'll be responsible for developing systems that manage technician hiring, training, territory management, scheduling, and dispatch. The role involves creating integrated solutions that connect with Kuiper's customer-facing applications and service systems.

The position offers an opportunity to work on industry-changing technology while solving complex problems in satellite communications and field service operations. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers who enjoy tackling challenging technical problems while making a meaningful impact on global connectivity. The role requires strong software development skills, system design experience, and the ability to create scalable solutions. You'll work in Redmond, WA, alongside talented engineers in a fast-paced environment where innovation and technical excellence are highly valued.

The compensation package is competitive, including a base salary range of $129,300 to $223,600 depending on location and experience, plus equity, sign-on payments, and comprehensive benefits.
