Description For Software Engineer, Project Kuiper - Software and Business Services

Project Kuiper is Amazon's ambitious initiative to revolutionize global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). The Field Services Management team plays a crucial role in ensuring successful customer installations of Kuiper internet antennas. As a Software Engineer on this team, you'll be responsible for developing systems that manage technician hiring, training, scheduling, and workforce management. The team culture emphasizes collaboration, empathy, inclusivity, and diversity. You'll work in an environment that values pragmatic problem-solving, clean code practices, and iterative development. The role requires careful consideration of system design, performance, and resource efficiency while building solutions that integrate with various Kuiper services and customer-facing applications.

This is an in-person position at Amazon's Redmond location, offering competitive compensation based on geographic location and experience.
