Software Technical Program Manager, Robotic Sortation Tech

Amazon Robotics is seeking a talented Software Technical Program Manager (SW TPM) to join their Sortation Vertical team. This role focuses on developing next-generation sortation products and supporting existing solutions in the field. The position involves managing software development lifecycles for innovative programs aimed at improving efficiency and reducing costs in Amazon's Fulfillment Centers and Sortation Centers.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical project management skills with software development expertise. You'll work with cross-functional teams including Program Leads, Systems Engineering, Deployment Engineering, Solutions, and Customer Support. As a SW TPM, you'll own software development roadmaps and release schedules, ensuring program timelines are met through effective collaboration with various teams. The AR Sortation Solutions Vertical team is responsible for delivering and maintaining high-performing package sortation solutions throughout Amazon's network. You'll collaborate closely with customers and other verticals including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Tech Ops, GSS, Manipulation, Mobility, Core Software, and more.
