Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Representative to drive growth and innovation within their FinTech division. This role presents an exciting opportunity to join the world's leading cloud platform provider, working directly with existing AWS customers to enhance their cloud operations and drive innovation.

The position combines strategic account management with technical cloud expertise, requiring someone who can build and maintain C-level relationships while understanding the technical aspects of AWS's cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will bring at least 7 years of experience in technology sales or business development, with a strong track record of closing large-scale enterprise deals. You'll need to demonstrate expertise in the financial services sector, along with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities For Sr. Account Manager, FinTech, FSI Fintech

  • Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical
  • Team with key stakeholders across customer's organization including C-level executives
  • Collaborate with AWS resources to support customer interests
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account/territory plans
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption
  • Manage contract negotiations
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
  • Ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements For Sr. Account Manager, FinTech, FSI Fintech

  • 5+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives
  • 7+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience
  • BA/BS degree or 7+ years of equivalent work experience
  • Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses
  • Technical or educational background in engineering, computer science, or MIS preferred
  • Experience in Financial Services or Fintech Industry
