Description For Sr Account Manager ISV

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior ISV Account Manager to join their team in Spain (Madrid or Barcelona). This role focuses on increasing AWS adoption by engaging Independent Software Vendor accounts in the Iberian region. The ideal candidate will combine business acumen with technical expertise to establish AWS as a key technology platform provider and partner.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of cloud technology while working with AWS, the world's leading cloud platform. You'll be responsible for driving market penetration of AWS in ISV accounts throughout Iberia, supporting their business growth through various programs, and developing new processes for scaling operations.

As part of AWS Global Sales, you'll join a team dedicated to driving worldwide cloud adoption, enabling customers of all sizes to innovate and expand. Responsibilities For Sr Account Manager ISV

  • Drive business growth and expansion in defined territory
  • Define and execute Territory Plan to meet quarterly targets
  • Manage numerous accounts concurrently & strategically
  • Articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services
  • Accelerate customer adoption
  • Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption of ISV business
  • Support team leading cross-territory initiatives
  • Ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements For Sr Account Manager ISV

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Relevant experience in technology related sales, business development, or sales engineering/consulting in IT industry
  • Cross functional selling experience
  • Demonstrable achievement of targets
  • Technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS (preferred)
  • Direct field experience working with ISVs (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Iberian ISV ecosystem
  • Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology deals
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner/Solutions Architect Associate certification (preferred)
