Prime Video's Partner Experience (PX) organization is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to drive data-informed decision-making and support next-generation product development. This role is crucial in analyzing large datasets within Amazon's complex data environment to provide partners with actionable insights for content marketing and merchandising decisions.

The position involves working with the PXBI (Partner Experience Business Intelligence) team, which powers reporting functions across five partner-facing products. You'll be responsible for processing big data to measure organizational effectiveness and facilitate data-driven decision-making. The role combines technical expertise with business acumen, requiring strong communication skills to work with Product Managers, Technical Program Managers, and senior management.

As a Sr Business Intelligence Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of integrating GenAI services into deliverables, creating AI-enhanced solutions for stakeholders. Your work will directly impact Prime Video's product development and business growth through data-driven insights. The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $117,300 to $202,800 based on location, plus additional benefits including equity and sign-on payments.

Python
  • 5+ years of SQL experience
  • Experience programming to extract, transform and clean large (multi-TB) data sets
  • Experience with theory and practice of design of experiments and statistical analysis
  • Experience with AWS technologies
  • Experience in scripting for automation (Python) and advanced SQL skills
  • Experience with theory and practice of information retrieval, data science, machine learning and data mining
