The SMB Marketing Analytics team supports the SMB Marketing team in delivering highly relevant and personalized marketing content to the majority of current and prospective advertisers. In this role, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, APIs, and dashboards to support business needs.
- Partner with operations, business, science, and tech teams to develop and implement KPIs, automated reporting solutions, and data infrastructure improvements.
- Drive new initiatives and data integration projects, applying deep analytic and business intelligence skills to extract meaningful insights from large and complicated data sets.
- Serve as a liaison between business and product/science teams to prototype new marketing solutions and perform ad hoc investigations.
- Own the design, development, and maintenance of datasets, ongoing metrics, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business decisions.
- Continually improve ongoing reporting and analysis processes, automating or simplifying self-service support for customers.
- Use analytical and statistical rigor to identify performance gaps and opportunities for optimization.
- Build data infrastructure in collaboration with partner tech-teams to facilitate scaling-up various marketing initiatives.
- Support the central BI team in reporting on global marketing efforts.
- Promote best practices in ETL and mentor your team.
This role requires technical expertise to suggest process improvements, analytical and statistical rigor to answer business questions, and the ability to recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis. You'll work with a highly motivated team of 10+ members in an entrepreneurial environment that values innovation and a bias for action.
