Responsibilities For Sr CI Engineer, MSP CX Support

  • Drive technical hardware, software and process improvements of Robotics, Automation and Packaging machines
  • Gather continuous improvement ideas through data analytics and Root Cause Analysis
  • Develop prototypes and run lab tests
  • Build business cases and develop engineering solutions
  • Field testing and planning improvements rollout across WW Robotics network
  • Act as technical Subject Matter Expert in mechanical, controls, robotics and automation
  • Develop and own roadmaps for MSP solutions

Requirements For Sr CI Engineer, MSP CX Support

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technical field (Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering)
  • Experience in leading Engineering role with focus on complex, multidisciplinary problems
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and use structured approaches (8D, DMAIC)
  • Proficiency in leading technical collaborations
  • Project management expertise
  • Ability to travel 50-75%
