As a Construction Manager, you'll lead projects from inception to completion, working with cross-functional teams including Operations, Networking, Controls, Security, and Commissioning. You'll be responsible for managing project scope, quality, schedules, and budgets for new builds and capital projects. The role requires strong leadership in construction management, particularly in MEP systems, and daily interaction with construction trades as Amazon's representative.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in construction management of large-scale projects, particularly those involving complex MEP systems. A background in engineering or construction management is required, along with proven experience in contractor management and project execution. This position requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance.
