Sr. Critical Infrastructure Electrical Engineer, Field Engineering

Join AWS Infrastructure Services as a Senior Critical Infrastructure Electrical Engineer, where you'll be at the forefront of keeping the cloud running. This role involves providing comprehensive support to AWS Data Centers, from initial design to maintenance and improvements. You'll be the primary engineering resource for your region, handling everything from troubleshooting and root cause analysis to leading new construction projects.

As part of the team that owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure, you'll work on challenging problems with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain. Your responsibilities will include conducting engineering audits, developing solutions for data center upgrades, and interfacing with various teams to maintain consistency and reliability in services.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of experience in industrial, municipal, or commercial engineering, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. You'll need strong engineering judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects effectively.
