Sr Data Engineer, AWS Data Platform

AWS Data Platform team is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join their AWS Data Lake team. The role involves working with AWS's vast data infrastructure, processing billions of daily transactions, and building scalable solutions for data analytics. You'll be part of AWS Utility Computing (UC), working with foundational services like S3 and EC2, while supporting the development of Compute, Database, Storage, IoT, Platform, and Productivity Apps services.

The position requires expertise in designing and managing large datasets across various platforms. You'll work directly with business owners to understand data requirements and build ETL processes for data lake ingestion. The role involves working with cutting-edge technologies like Redshift, EMR, and various AWS services to build and maintain a robust data platform.
