Responsibilities For Sr. Foundry Interface Engineer, Silicon Systems Group

  • Collaborate with foundry partners to optimize process technologies
  • Manage PDK collateral and ensure deployment in design environments
  • Perform in-depth technical analysis including electrical and physical failure analysis
  • Support design teams with PDKs, IP development, and tapeout
  • Provide technical leadership in adopting new technologies
  • Address yield-related challenges and negotiate process solutions

Requirements For Sr. Foundry Interface Engineer, Silicon Systems Group

Linux
  • PhD/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in semiconductor process development and manufacturing
  • 5+ years of experience in foundry management or technology evaluation
  • Extensive knowledge of device physics, foundry design collateral management
  • Experience with SPICE and layout tools
  • Solid understanding of advanced packaging technology
  • Proven problem-solving skills in electrical/physical and statistical failure analysis
