Sr. I&T Engineer, Kuiper Ground Systems

Project Kuiper is Amazon's ambitious initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites aimed at providing high-speed broadband connectivity to underserved communities worldwide. As a Sr. I&T Engineer for Kuiper Ground Systems, you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing satellite ground stations that enable this revolutionary communication network.

The position combines hands-on technical leadership with systems integration expertise, focusing on the development of laboratory and field test systems for Kuiper Gateway and Tracking, Telemetry, and Control (TT&C) terminals. You'll work with cutting-edge satellite communication technology in Ka-band frequencies and be responsible for validating critical systems that will help bridge the digital divide globally.

Working within the Ground Systems team, you'll collaborate with various groups including Ground Infrastructure Services, Networks, Regulatory, Payload Test, and RF Systems teams.
