Sr. Machine Learning Engineer, Routing and Planning

As a Senior ML Engineer, you'll work with state-of-the-art AI solutions, including advanced deep learning algorithms, foundational models, multimodal generative AI solutions, and reinforcement learning. The team's vision is "To create Earth's safest, most adaptive, and efficient plans for Last Mile logistics." You'll be working on various critical systems spanning demand planning, jurisdiction planning, delivery channel design, capacity planning, and route optimization. The scale and complexity of the problems you'll tackle are unprecedented in the industry.

The compensation package is competitive, ranging from $151,300 to $261,500 per year based on location, plus additional benefits including equity, sign-on payments, and comprehensive medical, financial, and other benefits.
