  • Lead and manage the development and optimization of manufacturing processes
  • Conduct Cpk and capabilities analysis
  • Provide engineering support for manufacturing operations
  • Utilize CAD software for designing manufacturing tools and fixtures
  • Develop and update process documentation
  • Collaborate with R&D, design, and production teams
  • Work on continuous improvement initiatives
  • Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations
  • Participate in product design reviews

Requirements For Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, Process Development, Kuiper - Solar

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in manufacturing engineering
  • Expertise in Cpk/Capabilities analysis, statistical process control (SPC)
  • Proficiency in CAD software
