Responsibilities For Sr. Microwave Sustaining Engineer

  • Provide technical support for existing RF productions and systems
  • Test and troubleshoot failures of complex RF PCB and mechanical assemblies
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Drive implementation of corrective actions
  • Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams
  • Perform as primary engineering point-of-contact for production non-conformance
  • Mentor technicians

Requirements For Sr. Microwave Sustaining Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering specializing in RF/Microwave design, or related discipline, or 10+ years of relevant experience
  • 7+ years in microwave hardware design to component level
  • 7+ year of experience in microwave hardware troubleshooting
  • Experience with RF lab equipment including VNA, power meters, spectrum analyzers
  • Experience with RF and EM simulation software
  • Experience working in a RF Hardware production environment
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or refugee/asylee due to export control laws
