  • Act as a subject matter expert for networking, fleet monitoring, and customer support
  • Handle complex network issues for business leaders, IT staff, and MSPs
  • Drive technical troubleshooting strategies and mentor CX Agents
  • Conduct on-site diagnostics and installations of complex eero networks
  • Participate in on-call rotations for incident management
  • Collaborate across teams as the Voice of the Customer

This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $108,900 to $188,200 annually, based on location, plus comprehensive benefits including equity and sign-on payments. Linux
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of engineering experience
  • Advanced networking knowledge with emphasis on enterprise deployments
  • Strong business acumen
