Sr. Ops Engineer, Deployment & Ramp, MSP Customer Experience

As a Sr. Ops Engineer, you'll lead the coordination and execution of installation, commissioning, and performance ramp-up of products in the field. This role requires extensive travel (75% domestic, 5% international) and combines technical expertise with project management skills. You'll work closely with hardware engineering, technical program managers, and internal customers to ensure successful product deployment and achievement of business requirements.

The role is part of the MSP Customer Experience team, which maintains unified accountability across three pillars: Quality Assurance, Deployment & Ramp-up, and Support. You'll have the opportunity to drive continuous improvement initiatives, influence engineering design improvements, and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $107,600 to $177,900 based on geographic location, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, financial, and potential equity compensation.
