Sr. Physical Design Engineer, Annapurna Labs

This role focuses on designing and optimizing hardware for AWS Machine Learning servers, including AWS Inferentia and Trainium Systems. As a Physical Design Engineer, you'll be responsible for collaborating with RTL/logic designers on architectural feasibility studies, implementing complex physical designs, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
