This role is crucial in planning and executing the construction of Amazon's innovative data centers across the nation. As a Sr Pre-Construction Manager, you'll be the primary liaison between Real Estate, Design Engineering, Due Diligence, and other critical partner teams.

The position requires extensive practical experience in bidding, contracting, and negotiation within infrastructure, industrial, design, and engineering fields. You'll be responsible for crafting comprehensive construction contracts and ensuring smooth project execution. The role demands a deep understanding of critical data center equipment and systems.

This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $125,400 to $239,300 based on geographic location, plus additional benefits including equity, sign-on payments, and comprehensive medical coverage.
