Responsibilities For Sr Pre-Construction Manager, Engineering and Building Solutions
- Develop and lead the pre-construction process for projects
- Research and compile project specifics including site survey, landlord work letter and permitting requirements
- Evaluate site feasibility
- Lead design efforts for R2L Program projects
- Coordinate design efforts with contractors, engineers, architects, operations, and maintenance teams
- Negotiate scope, price, and terms for design work and construction
- Review and approve construction drawings
- Develop understanding of local permit processes
- Manage large scale program efforts across multiple stakeholder groups
- Drive global standardization of design and operating practices
Requirements For Sr Pre-Construction Manager, Engineering and Building Solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or comparable field
- 5+ years of experience as an Architect, Engineer, Construction Manager, Development Manager, or Owner's project management representative
- Project management experience from design phase through implementation and operation
- Experience within packaging processing/logistical facilities with complex equipment
- 10+ years of project/program management
- Ability to travel up to 50%
