Sr Process Engineer, Emerging Countries, AMZL EC Engineering - LATAM/MENA

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to drive standardization and innovation in physical infrastructure, layout, and material flow across their Last Mile delivery network. This role is part of the Process Engineering team, focusing on producing and refining process standards and designing Amazon Logistics equipment for emerging markets.

The position requires strong leadership, customer focus, and exceptional project management skills. Based in London, it involves regular travel to Latin America, Middle East, and North Africa. The role spans both Delivery Station and On-the-Road operations, requiring collaboration with multiple stakeholders including Operations, Process Improvement, Health and Safety, and external vendors.

The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with intuition, working to optimize processes for safety, customer experience, capacity, quality, and cost goals. They will be responsible for developing new infrastructure, tracking metrics, and communicating project status to senior leadership.

As part of the emerging countries Amazon Logistics Engineering team, you'll work across multiple regions (LATAM/MENA/APAC) to deliver best-in-class processing equipment and infrastructure.
