As a Sr. Product Quality Engineer at Amazon Robotics, you will be part of the Advanced Product Quality Engineering (APQE) team, a multi-disciplinary organization that does Quality Engineering and Quality Systems Management across AR's Global Enterprise. You will work with cross-functional teams engaging in product development for both internal and external manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Fostering a culture of inclusion
• Engaging with internal and external partners to deliver key artifacts such as DFMEA, PFMEA, DFX, and MAP
• Defining success criteria for early production builds in new programs
• Representing quality and reporting status and risk mitigation in NPI Program Reviews
• Partnering with peer teams to drive data-driven risk mitigation/strategy
• Managing NPI quality program schedule and engagement planning
• Defining and delivering NPI quality deliverables
• Participating in NPI phase gate reviews
• Conducting supplier assessments and implementing supplier development plans
• Defining APQP/PPAP strategies and reviewing related documents
• Conducting failure analysis and implementing corrective actions
