The position involves managing complex business processes through the Private Brands Central (PBC) PLM tool, implementing new workflow designs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with diverse teams including product development, design, sourcing, quality, compliance, logistics, and software development.

Key responsibilities include workflow maintenance, operational process implementation, dwell time reduction, and serving as a business process SME. Success metrics focus on maintenance request resolution, workflow delivery, customer satisfaction, and efficiency improvements.

The role demands strong program management skills with a bias for action, deep operational understanding, customer obsession, and a talent for simplification. The successful candidate will join Amazon Private Brands' Global Product Development team, contributing to portfolio optimization and product development strategies.

Compensation ranges from $104,100 to $185,000 annually, based on geographic location, with additional benefits including equity, sign-on payments, and comprehensive medical coverage.
