Project Kuiper is an ambitious Amazon initiative focused on launching a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO) to provide fast, affordable broadband access globally. The mission specifically targets unserved and underserved communities worldwide, aiming to bridge the digital divide.

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Kuiper Secure Communications team, you'll be responsible for the entire stack of secure communication between satellite functions. This is a critical role where you'll participate in all phases of software development, from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, and operations.

The position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge space technology while making a significant social impact. You'll collaborate with cross-disciplinary experts to design and implement solutions, working in an open and collaborative environment. The team specifically owns the security aspects of communication between critical satellite functions, making this role crucial for the project's success.
