Engineers within AWS Identity need to be creative, responsible, and curious while working with others to move quickly in turning code into customer solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Interact with various teams to develop an understanding of security practices and the use of managed controls.
• Apply acquired knowledge to build automated solutions to find problems or show the absence of security/safety problems.
• Design and build scalable systems that evolve with the growth of AWS.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance.
• Create software prototypes to verify and validate devised solutions methodologies; integrate prototypes into production systems.
• Present company-wide technical decisions to the internal technical community and represent the company at technical conferences.

About the team: Automated Reasoning in Identity (ARI) develops tools designed to answer questions about the future behavior of computer systems: what they might do, what they will do, or what they can never do.
