Sr Software Development Engineer, Amazon Connect

AWS Applications and Higher Level Abstractions (Apps) provides horizontal and industry vertical applications for business users with the same on-demand scalability, reliability, pay-as-you-go pricing, and machine learning expertise that drive AWS services. The AWS Applications group includes services such as Amazon Connect (a cost-effective cloud contact center), End User Computing, Marketing Tech, and Autonomous Checkout and Biometric Identity Services.

As a Sr Software Development Engineer for Amazon Connect, you'll be part of a fast-growing business soon after launch, helping shape the technology and product as it grows. You'll play a crucial role in developing the next generation contact center, designing and delivering scalable, resilient systems while maintaining a constant customer focus.

Key responsibilities:

• Own code end-to-end from design to development
• Work closely with senior technical leaders within the team and across AWS
• Develop solutions involving modern web, SOA, NoSQL databases, AI, ML, Big Data, and more
