Lab126, Amazon's innovative R&D division, is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for their Reverse Logistics Engineering team. This role is crucial in managing the global warranty and services for all Amazon Device products, including popular products like Echo and Kindle. The position offers a competitive salary range of $133,900 to $231,400, depending on location and experience.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with deep expertise in test solution development, deployment, and qualification in production environments. You'll work at the intersection of hardware and software, managing complex projects that span across Amazon's device ecosystem including Amazon, Ring, and Blink product lines.

Your responsibilities will include leading cross-functional teams, driving technical decisions, and managing product readiness across global operations. You'll work with stakeholders in Europe and Asia, manage critical issues, and drive innovation in product design and testing processes.   • Lead internal and external engineering teams to deliver robust and consistent solutions
  • Drive execution of projects with engineering and operations teams
  • Drive technical tradeoff discussions on product specifications and operational processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and process issues
  • Influence teams to drive out program risk and eliminate blockers
  • Present project status to the leadership team
  • Establish and implement schedules and validation plans
  • Manage priorities across Amazon, Ring, Blink, and other product lines
  • Drive requirements for changes to product design
  • Work with product management, factory, and HW/SW engineering teams

Requirements For Sr. Technical Program Manager, Reverse Logistics (RL) Engineering

  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams
  • Experience building processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses
  • Experience reporting to senior leadership
