Join Amazon's International Seller Growth (ISG) Tech team as a Support Engineer, where you'll play a vital role in empowering global sellers across Amazon's marketplaces. Responsibilities For Support Engineer

  • Provide technical assistance to customers
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose software issues including on-call support
  • Resolve technical problems in a timely manner
  • Maintain product documentation and features knowledge
  • Document and track customer and system issues
  • Provide feedback to development team on product issues
  • Automate manual tasks and workflows
  • Migrate Native AWS solutions to automated DevOps pipelines
  • Maintain pipelines and drive core support engineering initiatives

Requirements For Support Engineer

Linux

  • 2+ years of software development or technical support experience
  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
  • Experience in Unix
  • Experience scripting in modern program languages
  • Experience with REST web services, XML, JSON
  • Experience with implementing CI/CD practices and automated testing
