Description For Support Engineer

Join Amazon's Worldwide Returns & ReCommerce team (WWR&R), an innovative organization dedicated to 'making zero happen' through their '4 Zeros' mission: zero defects, zero cost of returns, zero product waste, and net zero carbon. As a Support Engineer in the WWR&R data engineering team at Amazon Hyderabad Development Center, you'll be part of an agile team delivering the next generation of Reverse Logistics data lake platform.

The role involves working with massively scalable, distributed real-time data warehousing systems, where you'll implement and support analytic technologies that provide customers with timely, flexible access to their data. You'll be challenged with SQL coding, data pipeline design, and implementation while working directly with business customers to gather requirements and optimize solutions.

Requirements For Support Engineer

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
  • 2+ years of software development or technical support experience
  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
  • Experience in Unix
