Amazon Stores FinTech Team is seeking an experienced Support Engineer to join their innovative financial technology division. This role represents a unique opportunity to be an early member of a team focused on solving complex customer problems in the Financial Planning & Analytics domain. Responsibilities For Support Engineer - Financial Planning & Analytics, Stores FinTech

  • Serve as a subject matter and technology expert for complex customer issues
  • Analyze and diagnose complex problems and identify root causes
  • Work with development teams to improve service support and build new tools
  • Lead escalation and collaboration process with cross-functional teams
  • Create technical documentation and tutorials
  • Define metrics to monitor system performance and customer adoption
  • Mentor and train junior support engineers
  • Lead support retrospectives and contribute to Root Cause Analysis
  • Partner with leaders for data-driven decision making

Requirements For Support Engineer - Financial Planning & Analytics, Stores FinTech

Python
  • 5+ years of technical support experience
  • Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution
  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
  • 5+ years of experience working in TM1/Planning Analytics Technology
  • Experience with TM1 Rules and Turbo-Integrator process
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Python
