Description For Support Engineer II, Relay Product Excellence Fixed

Join the Transportation Financial Systems (TFS) team at Amazon, where you'll be a key contributor in delivering Financial Solutions at scale. TFS owns the technology components that perform financial activities for Amazon's transportation business, used across all transportation programs and retail expansion globally.

As a Support Engineer II, you'll work on highly scalable systems that provide financial document creation & management, expense auditing, accounting, payments, and cost allocation functions. The team's new generation products operate with fine-level granularity to reconcile every dollar in transportation financial accounts with zero manual entries or corrections.

You'll be working with Java, Python, ReactJS, and AWS services (S3, DDB, EC2, Cloudwatch) to build and maintain systems that abstract logistics complexities from the financial world and financial complexities from the logistics world. Your role involves managing configurations, developing new features, automating processes, and ensuring high standards of quality and performance.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You'll work independently while collaborating with SDEs and technical stakeholders to analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for software applications.
