As a Support Engineer III, you'll be part of a team building a personalized, curated music experience reaching millions of customers worldwide.

The role involves managing critical support operations for Amazon Music's distributed systems, spanning music apps, web player, and voice-forward audio engagement on mobile and Amazon Echo devices. You'll work with cutting-edge technology stack including Java, AWS technologies, and various scripting languages to ensure smooth service operations.

Your responsibilities will include leading technical onboarding processes, troubleshooting complex systems, developing maintenance tools, and owning multiple digital products. You'll work with distributed systems supporting music streaming services across multiple countries, making a direct impact on customer experience.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical support experience, system debugging skills, and Unix expertise. Knowledge of web services, distributed systems, and REST APIs is highly valued.   • Provide support for incoming tickets and troubleshooting tasks across multiple products
  • Work on operations and maintenance coding projects
  • Support software deployment in staging and production environments
  • Develop tools for operations and maintenance
  • System and Support status reporting
  • Own two or more Digital products or components
  • Manage customer notifications and workflow coordination
