The Kindle Ingestion and Expansion (KIX) team at Amazon is a crucial component of Amazon's digital publishing ecosystem. This role combines technical support and development responsibilities, focusing on enabling independent authors, content creators, and publishers to distribute their content through Kindle Store, Kindle Unlimited, and Print on Demand services. As a Support Engineer III, you'll be part of a team providing tier 2&3 production support while working closely with development teams on the Kindle digital product family.
