Amazon's REALM Team is seeking a Support Engineer/DevOps professional to join their Hyderabad office. Responsibilities For Support Engineer III, REALM

  • Act as first level support for production software application issues across 100+ services in Amazon Transportation Technology
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and fix production software issues
  • Develop monitoring solutions and implement fixes for internally developed code
  • Perform software maintenance and configuration
  • Work alongside development on Amazon Corporate and Divisional Software projects
  • Build tools and automations to optimize the system
  • Implement solutions that detect and prevent outages
  • Coordinate between multiple Development, Operations and IT Support groups
