Amazon's REALM Team is seeking a Senior Support Engineer/DevOps professional to join their dynamic transportation technology division.   • Act as first level support for production software application issues across 100+ services in Amazon Transportation Technology
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and fix production software issues
  • Develop monitoring solutions and implement fixes for internally developed code
  • Perform software maintenance and configuration
  • Work alongside development teams on Amazon Corporate and Divisional Software projects
  • Build tools and automations to optimize systems and simplify processes
  • Implement solutions that detect and prevent outages
  • Conduct technical mitigations and deep dives on reported issues
